This Website is owned and operated by Dragon
Artworks LLC., a small family business based in
Kissimmee, Florida. The owners have been doing
business online and offline as Web Central Ltd.
since 1998 and in recent years we have begun
offering Chinese art and supplies. In 2008 we
founded the company Dragon Artworks to take over
art and supplies sales, so Web Central Ltd.
could return its focus to Website design and
development.
Our Mission
Our mission is, and always will be to provide
our customers with quality products and services
at a reasonable price. We are able to accomplish
this through our partnerships with Chinese
artists, artisans and manufacturers. We have
staff and family who live in China and work hard
to negotiate the best deals on the products and
services we offer, and we pass the savings on to
our customers.

Many of the artworks, products and services
we offer are sourced directly from the artists,
artisans and manufacturers. This not only saves
you money but allows us to control the quality
and supply of the products and services we offer
