All products purchased from this
Web site may be returned in their original condition within thirty
(30) days, items will be either replaced or refunded at our sole
discretion (EXCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS).
YOU MUST CONTACT US for an order return number BEFORE returning your order or items from your order.
There are no exceptions, failing to obtain an order return number voids
this return policy.
Returns without an order return number will not be replaced or refunded, nor will they be returned unless a
shipping charge equal to the actual shipping rate and a $5 handling
fee is paid.
ALL returns must be insured, and return shipping charges must be
paid by you, the sender.
